IdeasUnlimited is a Global Business Support and Solutions Provider looking for Work from Home (WFH) agents for our campaigns. Currently, we need Bilingual Spanish and English customer support agents who can speak English and Spanish fluently. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers in this industry.
Main Job Duties:
- Customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Order processing and escalations.
Relevant administrative and coordinative work.
- Excellent fluency in the English and Spanish language.
- At least six months of customer support experience.
- At least six months of experience with an email ticketing platform (tested on this).
- Some sort of experience with any CRM platform.
- Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel.
- Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise canceling one).
- Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB Ram).
- Power and internet back up (if needed).
Availability: Full-time and Part-time shifts available in US Central time zone.
