Main Job Duties:
- Technical Support
- Phone and Email Support
- Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Other Admin Work
- Native Spanish Speaker with Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- At least one year of Technical Support experience.
- High-Speed Internet of 5 Mbps.
- Good computer (Core i5, 4 GB RAM).
- Quiet environment.
- Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone.
Availability and Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Our recruitment process is done via Skype, as it is a remote position, and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
