Job Description

IdeasUnlimited is a Global Business Support and Solutions Provider looking for Work from Home (WFH) agents for our project. Currently, we need technical support representatives (Tier-1) who can speak English and French fluently. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers in this industry.

Main Job Duties:

  • Tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Relevant troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Relevant administrative and coordinative work.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in English and French languages.
  • At least six months of technical support (Tier-1) experience.
  • At least six months of experience with an email ticketing platform (tested on this).
  • Some sort of experience with any CRM platform.
  • Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel.

Other Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise canceling one).
  • Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB Ram).
  • Power and internet back up (if needed).

Availability: Part-time shift available in Paris Time Zone (Central European Summer Time). People who are willing to work over the weekend and during graveyard shifts are encouraged to apply.
