IdeasUnlimited is a Global Business Support and Solutions Provider looking for Work from Home (WFH) agents for our campaigns. Currently, we need customer support representatives who can speak English fluently. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers in this industry.

Job Duties
  • Customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Relevant troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Relevant administrative and coordinative work.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent fluency in the English language.
  • One year of customer support, technical support, or relevant experience.
  • Some sort of experience with any CRM platform.
  • Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel.
Other Requirements
  • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • A headphone with a microphone (preferably a noise canceling one).
  • Reliable computer device (at least 8 GB Ram).
  • Power and internet back up (if needed).
Availability

Full-time and Part-time shifts are available in the US Central Time zone.

Schedule
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US CDT, with 1 hour break
  • Part-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm US CDT, with 1 hour break
