DHI & IdeasUnlimited Partner to Host Manila Training

DHI Telecom Group is a leading global IP telecommunications carrier providing cost-effective global services. The organization has been one of the longest standing clients of IdeasUnlimited offering industry leading telecom products such as TravelWifi, and Sapphire.

Using multiple call center facilities, IdeasUnlimited provides DHI Telecom Group technical support as well as bilingual support services. During their visit to the Philippines in Manila Richard, Alex, Hari, and Tim from DHI had the opportunity to train the IdeasUnlimited support team in the usage of DHI products to allow the CSR team, representing travel wifi solutions, to provide high quality customer support.

A training session was hosted with a combined collaboration between the 2 companies. The key focus of this training was to highlight unique technological benefits of the correct usage of DHI’s products. This was carried out with the goal of improving the IdeasUnlimited customer representative team’s knowledge-base in order to offer better customer service.

Hand’s on training has always played an integral role in enhancing our support capabilities. Interactive training sessions have always been a go-to for the IdeasUnlimited support team to help them prepare for upcoming projects. While there are many different types of training depending on the client, DHI’s approach was to let CSR’s learn about real-time challenges they may face while conducting customer support. The week-long session proved to be a valuable investment as it allowed IdeasUnlimited to significantly improve DHI’s CSAT metrics and build a strong foundation for future growth.
