IdeasUnlimited hosts the 2019 End of Year Event

To cap off 2019, IdeasUnlimited held multiple Year-end celebrations to commemorate its global teams for their accomplishments in 2018.

IdeasUnlimited’s year-end events are an opportunity for the team to reflect on not just the success, but challenges in the previous year. A mix speaker forums and group discussions are always a part of our yearly event which gives all workers a platform to share their journey within the company. The goal of these events is not just to inspire the new additions of the IdeasUnlimited team, but also for veterans to improve the organization for the upcoming year.

For 2019, one of the biggest venues for the event was one of our Philippines call centers which is home to our largest customer support branch. The IU Philippines team is an inspiring group of IT experts, managers, parents and students who all shared invaluable insight into their professional journey in the BPO industry. Coming from all walks of life, their arrival at IdeasUnlimited sparked a newfound drive within them to make a difference inside the support service industry. Their dedication and contribution in the last 9 years was the key focus of 2019’s year end event.
