IdeasUnlimited holds team building events for 2021

IdeasUnlimited’s workers from all over the world came together for team building events this December, 2021. These events embarked on a variety of different learning and team building experiences for the workers in an exciting and intuitive manner.

A combination of virtual and physical sessions were conducted in order to accommodate both remote and onsite workers. This event structure seemed suitable given that the effects of COVID are still subsiding, forcing some to be only available remotely.

Just like 2020’s 10 year celebration, IdeasUnlimited virtual session brought smiles on the faces of its remote workers. The goal was to keep the spirit of teamwork intact while also giving a moment for staff members in different departments to meet those who they normally don’t collaborate with on a regular basis.

The session consisted of icebreakers, problem solving puzzles and team-based games such as group pixel-art challenges. These activities were designed to force everyone to think out of the box and work together. As a result, we saw many of the attendees coming up with creative methods to communicate, coordinate and solve problems as a collective.

Over in the Philippines, the team gathered workers at a beautiful location outdoors for their team building session. Much like the virtual arrangement, this one focused on bringing everyone together in order to promote camaraderie as well as conducive problem solving that workers can use in an actual team-based environment. Certificates were distributed for performance and participation for the brilliant effort displayed by everyone.

While COVID made in-person events impossible in 2020, it was great to have the team gather this year in one place. The event was a great opportunity to spend some time outside of the office in order to let everyone meet other members of IdeasUnlimited and understand the scope and the talent within the company.
