As IdeasUnlimited marks 15 years of service, growth, and global impact, our team in the Philippines celebrated the occasion in true IU fashion with connection, energy, and heart. The IU PH Quarter 2 Team Gathering was held across two memorable events: the first on August 23 in Samal, Davao del Sur, and the second on October 5 in Polomolok, South Cotabato.
Beyond the series of activities undertaken, these gatherings became a reflection of who we are; a community driven by teamwork, built on shared purpose, and united by the belief that people are at the center of everything we do.

Phase 1: Samal City
The gathering began with a prayer and a warm welcome from Panabo site Operations Manager and Project Team Lead, Czarina, setting a positive tone for the day. A briefing followed to walk participants through the day’s activities, then awarding of certificates to team members whose exceptional contributions and dedication left a lasting impact on IdeasUnlimited.
To foster connection, a “Get to Know” activity was held in order to encourage colleagues to learn more about one another beyond their daily roles. Shared meals created space for open conversations and laughter, moments that reminded everyone why teamwork is more than just tasks and titles.
The energy carried through heartfelt performances and a message from Regional Director Allena, emphasizing on the importance of teamwork and resilience. The day concluded with karaoke, games, and genuine camaraderie, proof that joy and teamwork often go hand in hand.
Phase 2: Polomolok
The second leg of the celebration began with a prayer and an energetic community dance led by the Internal Team, setting an uplifting tone for the day. Project Team Lead Johanna welcomed participants, which paved the way for games that blended creativity, teamwork, and fun.
Recognition once again took center stage as certificates were presented to individuals for their dedication and contribution. Allena’s message carried even deeper meaning this time, reflecting on 15 years of IdeasUnlimited’s journey. The day continued with engaging team activities, shared meals, and laughter that echoed through the event. It all culminated in a social gathering filled with music, dancing, and heartfelt conversations, a celebration of unity, success, and the relationships that keep IU PH strong.
