On 23rd August 2026, IdeasUnlimited celebrated 16 years of growth, progress, and achievements shaped by the people behind the company. What began with a simple belief in putting the right people behind every interaction has grown into a journey defined by new milestones, stronger capabilities, lasting client relationships, and a growing global presence.
Over the past 16 years, IdeasUnlimited has continued to evolve alongside the businesses it supports. Each year has brought new opportunities to expand our services, strengthen our teams, enter new markets, and build on the trust of clients who have been part of our journey.
This year’s anniversary celebration brought that journey to life with a Mexican Fiesta theme across IdeasUnlimited’s Philippine centers. The celebrations gave employees a chance to step away from their usual routines, come together, and celebrate the achievements and milestones that have shaped IdeasUnlimited’s 16 years.
16 Years of IdeasUnlimited

For Shahzad Yaqoob, CEO and founder, the 16th anniversary is a moment to recognize how much the company has changed while staying true to the belief that started it.

Celebrating Across Our Centers
Across the Philippine centers, the Mexican Fiesta theme gave employees a chance to step away from their usual routines, celebrate together, and enjoy the milestone they helped make possible. The celebrations brought colleagues together in a festive setting, creating moments to reconnect, share in the excitement, and recognize the people behind 16 years of IdeasUnlimited.
Following the celebration in Koronadal, the anniversary festivities continued in Polomolok on September 8, Davao on September 10, and Panabo on September 11. Each center hosted its own celebration while sharing the same company-wide milestone, giving employees across locations the chance to mark 16 years of IdeasUnlimited.
The People Behind the Milestone
Sixteen years of growth can be measured in milestones, but the people who have been part of the journey give those milestones their meaning. Across roles, countries, and career stages, IdeasUnlimited employees have built their own experiences while contributing to the company’s growth.
For Christian Carl E. Lozada, being part of IdeasUnlimited means having the flexibility to build his career while spending more time with his family. Assiba Pamela Akotchenoude found value in the training and support she received while working remotely from West Africa, giving her the confidence to grow in her role.
For others, growth has come through taking on greater responsibility. Medical VA Rodrigo E. Rivera Jr. credits clear training with helping him take ownership of his work supporting clinic operations. “I am proud to contribute to seamless clinic operations and look forward to continuing my professional journey with the company.”
The journey looks different for Sales and Accounts Manager Sameha Hafeez, who values teamwork and mutual support within her team, and HR Admin Specialist Eisha Ahmed, who has developed professionally while pursuing her studies as a full-time student.
