IdeasUnlimited kicked off the new year with an event designed to set the stage for growth, opportunity, and collaboration. Held on January 18, 2025, at Herds Pine Farm Resort in Polomolok, the “Ciao, New Beginnings” event brought together agents from across our Philippine centers, setting the tone for a year filled with fresh challenges and exciting milestones.
Creating Connections through Celebration and Fun
Hosted by Michael Roy Talamor, the event was centered around building camaraderie, celebrating achievements, and fostering an atmosphere of collaboration. It was kicked off with an opening prayer by Twinkle May Lanado, followed by Rolando SuelIo Jr’s welcoming speech that set an energetic tone for the night. To ignite the celebration, agents from Polomolok took the stage with a dance performance, while Reyna Joy Christine Visitas entertained the crowd with her captivating vocals.
The event wasn’t just about performance, but also connection.Through various games, agents from different centers were able to engage and bond, encouraging teamwork and friendly competition. With a raffle draw offering exciting prizes, the surprise game kept the energy high and reinforced the spirit of appreciation throughout the night.
Inspiring Growth and Vision for the Future
Midway through the event, IdeasUnlimited’s Founder and CEO Shahzad Yaqoob delivered a heartfelt video message. Although unable to attend in person, his message of gratitude for the company’s continued success and vision for the year ahead resonated deeply with everyone. Regional Manager Allena Raaging followed with an inspiring speech on self-improvement, urging all team members to focus on personal growth and embrace the opportunities that 2025 will bring.
The evening continued with impactful testimonies from seasoned agents, Gladys Viloria and John Mark Suminguit, who shared their journey at IdeasUnlimited, offering insights into their experiences and how the company has supported their growth. Their stories, alongside musical performances by talented agents like Vincent Suminguit and Aivy Valdez, kept the atmosphere lively and energizing.
Celebrating Excellence
No celebration is complete without honoring those who go above and beyond. The event spotlighted top-performing employees, with seven major awards and 21 recognitions presented to agents who exemplify dedication and excellence. From “Performer of the Year” to “Rising Star,” each award reflected the hard work and commitment that fuels IdeasUnlimited’s continued success.
The night ended with remarks by Alain Vincent Sinfuego, who brought it all together with the theme of the evening: “Ciao, New Beginnings.” His message emphasized the significance of starting the year with a fresh perspective, filled with new opportunities, faces, and challenges which is exactly what the team can expect as we embark on another year of growth.
