Every year IdeasUnlimited holds multiple events for its workforce from around the world. These consist of events at our call center facilities and for our remote workforce. On Friday, January 24th, 2025, the 2024 year-end, remote event was held virtually. Every year, we eagerly anticipate this event because it gives us the opportunity to pause and reflect on all that we’ve achieved as a team.
We decided to host the event on Zoom, ensuring that no matter where our team members were located, they could still participate. These virtual gatherings are essential for building strong, collaborative relationships, especially in a world where constant communication is key to success.

Team building session
We kicked off the event with an exciting team-building session. As a company that thrives on virtual assistance and remote support, we knew this would be the perfect way to strengthen our bonds. We played icebreaker games, participated in brain-teasing challenges, and shared laughs and memories that made us feel even closer, despite the distance.
There was such great energy during this session, and everyone participated with enthusiasm. While we did tally up the scores, the real win was in the connections we made. Our work in the 24/7 call center industry requires us to be quick, efficient, and supportive, but it’s these moments of fun and teamwork that really remind us how important our relationships are to our collective success.
Celebrating our stars
The second part of the event was the award ceremony, where we took a moment to appreciate those who truly went above and beyond in 2024. This year, we awarded seven amazing team members with titles like Rising Star, Best Team Player, and Performer of the Year, all based on their outstanding contributions.
Shahzad Yaqoob (Founder and CEO), alongside the management and project teams, had the privilege of presenting these awards. It was heartwarming to see the pride and joy of our team members as they were recognized for their hard work. These awards are more than just titles, they’re a reminder of the incredible impact each person has on our success.
